As of 10/20/2011; we're enforcing a quality standard on applications. We will not accept application sheets that aren't properly filled, or are done in low quality MS Paint drawings. Also; USE PROPER SYNTAX/GRAMMAR WHEN TYPING THE DESCRIPTION!!!
Repeated issues in this will result in a restriction to joining. I know not everyone is amazing at drawing, but the point of the group is that it's an ART IMPROVEMENT GROUP AND RP. Hence why we even have this sheet.
If you absolutely cannot draw or can't get someone to commission, you may request/commission a sheet drawn from a moderator or co-founder in the group.

This is a .ZIP file, in order to open it, you must have WinRAR or some kind of thing that can decompress it!

How to use (For people that REALLY don't know the obvious)

This file contains a .zip file.

-Extract the File to get the Character sheets.

-There are 2 types of files: .psd and .png files. The .psd files are for people who do not have an imaging program like Photoshop or GIMP

-You may pick any color sheet; the color doesn't reflect anything but a personal preference for color. You may also use a program to open up the .psd and edit the sheet in anyway you want. This is your personal character sheet; it's meant to be like a personal card.

-Create your character on this sheet (or on a seperate page, only if you want more room to draw; be sure to TRANSFER him/her to this sheet and shrink them to fit...but you may resize the sheet if your drawing is too small)

-Fill out the info on the sheet (All you need to do is put the Name of your character where it says name, Age in the orb where it says age, and Species where it says species)

Character Info!

When you create a character, include this info in the description (All the bolded ones are mandatory, anyone that's not is optional):

Name: The characters FULL name, you may include nicknames. If you cannot come up with a last name, it is not mandatory.
Age: self explanatory
Gender (or Sex if you want to get technical): What is your characters gender/sex?
Species: What animal is your character? You may explain why they are what animal they are here (Did they have a personal connection or fondness of that animal? Is it something to do with their personality?)
Sexual Orientation: Is your character Straight? Bi? Gay? Other?

Personality: What best describes your character? And how does he/she interact with others? You may list this in a bullet list
Description: Describe anything you feel should be noted about the character's appearance that's not obvious on the sheet.
Past Life: Who was your character in their past life? What did they do and optionally, how did they die?
Struggles: You may list any struggles, guilts, conflicts, or anything your character has. This is optional and can be revealed through RP if you do not wish to give out everything right away.

Specializations (IMPORTANT): Pick 5 from the following list! These specializations determine your characters "Skill" levels.

-Stamina: Your character's ability to endure hardship. The higher this is, the more work and damage your character can take before giving up or passing out
-Strength: The physical strength of your character, the higher it is, the easier it is to do hard building work or fight monsters.
-Magic: Your character's magical ability. Higher levels of this means your character will have more spells available to them and can deal with certain magical devices. Has no relation to intelligence
-Farming: Your character's ability to farm. Affects types of things that can be planted or harvested, and the quality of farming work.
-Fabrics: Your character's ability to work with fabrics. This affects whether or not they can tailor clothing or cloth in general. Essential if you want to make things that require cloth.
-Smithing: Your character's ability to work with metals and craft metallic objects. An essential skill if you need to make advanced metal materials or craft weapons, tools, and more.
-Handicraft: Your character's ability to craft a majority of non-material producing objects. This includes buildings, ovens, boxes, and more.
-Fishing: Your character's basic ability to fish. The higher it is, the bigger the fish you can catch. You may also be able to catch random materials this way.
-Herbology: Your character's ability to use herbs. The higher it is, the easier it is to identify certain herbs OR use them in medicine. Essential for medicinal work
-Engineering: A special ability that allows your character to craft advanced devices such as pulleys, levers, electronics, engines, turbines, generators, and more. Best used with smithing or handicraft.
-Cuisine: Your character's ability to work with food. The higher it is, the better the quality of the food you make at higher levels. Advanced food may not be as good if your cuisine level is low.
-Arts: Your character's ability to create works of art, designs, music, or more. At certain levels, your character's art may be enchanted, giving special effects to its location or boosts if it's music.
-Logic: Your character's overall ability to problem solve. With high ranks, your character may have certain problems' solutions handed to them with ease.
-Instinctives: A special skill that differs depending on the animal type of your character, usually affects things like advanced hearing, speed, pouncing, etc.

Finally, last thing that is all optional.

Trivia: Random facts about your character you want to list.

Limitations and guidelines

-Your character must be FULLY ANTHRO/FURRY. I'm talking about anthros/furries with FUR. Kemonomimi (only animal ears and tail) does not count as anthro. If you normally draw anime, a simple solution is to give your character a different skin color, some indication of fur, and an animal nose. Yes; it's really that simple.
-You character may not have any weapons, tools (especially pocket knifes and lighters), or magical accessories with them. They may only have a VERY small handful of simple, expendable or mundane items which were on their person when they died. (For example, if your character died holding an umbrella or purse, they may have that with them in the next world.)
-By default, everyone's powers, regardless of who they were in their previous life, are null.
-Traps are allowed
-The youngest a character can be is 10
-You may have as many characters as you can handle, just don't try to overwhelm yourself!
-Before death characters are canon-free! Your person's alive self may be whoever you want and be from your own universe if you wish, any race. The only thing that truly matters is your character's afterlife self.
-Your character must have a least minimal clothing, you may NOT submit a nude reference. This is due to the fact some people are not comfortable with such. It's not my own personal rule.
